We had a rockin' super bowl party over at a friend's house. John and I were cheering for the Cardinals so, props to my friend Katie for the idea, we made red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. We wanted to go the extra mile so we capped them all with a Cardinal "C" for the party. I also made a huge batch of puppy chow to munch on during the game. They were a hit and even though the Cards came up short, the night was a blast.
