John had a four day weekend, so we decided to the zoo on Friday. NC has a beautiul zoo and, thankfully, it wasn't damaged by recent Hurricane Irene. This was Josiah's second visit to the zoo, and it was fun to see how much more he enjoyed it this time from last. He's quite a social butterfly, so he had fun just waving and charming fellow zoo-goers, as well as noticed all the animals that much more this visit.
The rest of the weekend we went to church, watched some tennis (U.S. open), and rested. It was a great family time, and I'm thankful for the time we share together. Hope yours was a good one, too.
